  • The consumer agrees to abide by all ouf our company policies when making an order with Fan Jets USA.  The purchaser acknowledges our return and shiping policies and will follow them when an order is placed.

  • Shipping & Delivery
  • Order fulfillment: To serve you best we have warehouse locations in Indiana and Florida, we will ship to you from the location that can get you your order in the fastest manner. Most orders ship out in 24 hours. It is possible that your order may come from both locations; if you don't receive a complete order please feel free to contact Fan Jets USA as your order may be coming from both locations.

    At this time, Fan Jets USA ships merchandise to locations within the continental United States and to select international locations. Nor does Fan Jets USA ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam or the US Virgin Islands with free shipping. The forementioned locations along with other countries will be required to pay shipping charges. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

    By placing this order, the customer acknowledges that items damaged or lost during shipping are the responsibility of the carrier, not Fan Jets USA.  Once the items in the order have been delivered to the shipper that the customer has chosen, Fan Jets USA assumes no liability with the delivery of the order.  If there is shipping damage on an order, Fan Jets USA can assist in the claim of shipping damage with the chosen carrier.   Any shipments over $500.00 are a direct singature requirement with FedEx. The customer acknowledges small international flat rate with the USPS, that there is no tracking information.  This shipping method is chosen at the customers risk.

  • Sales Tax
  • Fan Jets USA charges sales tax for merchandise ordered in the state of Indiana on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.

  • Return Policy
  • You may purchase merchandise from this Web site by using any one of the payment options listed in (link to Payment Options). Fan Jets USA reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you.

    Returns: We will accept returns within 14 days of invoice date. The merchandise must be in new and unused condition and in its original packaging. Customers wishing to return an item must call or email first in order to get a Return Authorization number. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges back to Fan Jets USA and a 20% restocking fee will apply. Shipping cost will not be refunded. We do not accept returns via COD or any other collection method. These packages will be refused. Any kit or ARF that has been assembled in anyway will not be allowed for return or exchange. We inspect all planes before sending them out, any damaged or missing parts must be reported within 14 days of invoice date.  Damaged returns: Damaged merchandise includes any item that has been damaged in shipping. If a box arrives that has apparent damage, please refuse delivery. If you have already accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please call us immediately. Save all packaging material and paperwork as we may need more information from them. Do not attempt to return the damaged items to us without contacting us first.  This may jeopardize our chances of making a claim with the shipping company and you may not receive the credit due to you.

    Defective returns: If your item won't work and does not appear to have any damage it is considered defective.  Contact us and we will attempt to trouble shoot the problem and fix it right away.  Some manufactures require us to handle this in different ways. Some allow us to exchange the item for you, and some require you to send the item directly to them with a copy of your invoice.  Please call us and we will help you determine the fastest way for you to get the issue resolved. If it is determined that the item is not defective due to our testing, the customer is responsible for shipping charges on the item to be returned to them.  Fan Jets USA reserves the right to replace defective merchandise with a new item.  Fan Jets USA reserves the right to require the customer to send defective items to or contact the manufacturer to determine whether it is defective or not.  Any modification to a product will void any and all warranties that may be available. Electronic items are not returnable.
