A new era of metal ductfan and motor use has emerged. Each metal blade is precisely made of Aluminum alloy 7075 which generates jet airflow. Every blade has been tested for 8 hours of metal fatigue test as well as dynamic balanced by machine calibration, making it bring a better and safer user experience for every rc fan.
Aluminium alloy 7075 is made with zinc as the primary alloying element. It is strong, with strength comparable to many steels, and has good fatigue strength and average machinability, but has less resistance to corrosion than many other Al alloys. Its relatively high cost limits its use to applications where cheaper alloys are not suitable. 7075 tech sheet T6 temper 7075 has an ultimate tensile strength of 74 - 78,000 psi (510 - 538 MPa) and yield strength of at least 63 - 69,000 psi (434-476 MPa). It has failure elongation of 5-8%.
The edf is completely CNC-machined from high-grade alloy, immensely strong and light weight. The RPM limit has been tested beyond 70,000 RPM. The rotor is Dynamically balanced. Featuring a 10 bladed fan design creating a super quiet and efficient operation. The fan has built-in safety where the rotor cannot escape the shroud, even if your motor shaft breaks. It is virtually immune for foreign object damage, no more expensive replacement of carbon fiber rotors if you suck in a bug. The inlet lip is removeable, making it even more versatile. This version has a removeable tailcone.

The definition of EDF dynamic balance:
To correct the balance at the same time in the rotor of two correction, after correction of residual unbalance, to ensure that the rotor in dynamic state is in a prescribed range which is in the allowable amount of unbalance. It is called dynamic balance as well as double balance.
Whether using the addition, to increase the blade 360° unbalanced weight, or using the subtraction, to decrease the blade 360° unbalanced weight, subject to G0.4 grade with precision machine spindle, motor rotor, gyroscope of the blade test machine for testing EDF blade safety.
