Fan Jets USA offers this clear sheet to be used as a thrust tube on all edf jets from the 50 to 120mm edf size.  When setting up the thrust tube, the exhaust opening needs to be 75-80% of the diameter of the edf unit.  Any more or less than this will result in loss of the thrust output.  The tube should have a 1/2 inch overlap on the edges.  Clear packing tape can be used to tape the overlap and seal it from the airflow.
